Membership Questions

Can I change/upgrade my membership plan?

If you want to upgrade or downgrade your membership, just give us a call at 345 938 0666 , and we’ll take care of it for you. Your new membership price will be reflected on your next billing cycle.

Can I use my membership on more than 1 car?

No, each membership is tied to the registered vehicle in the app.   You can add a second car at a discounted price.

I want to transfer my membership to another car.

Whether you have purchased a new car or want to transfer your membership to a different car, just stop by Good Guys Wash Shack with your new car, and one of our friendly team members will get your new car setup.

How do I add another car to my account?

You can add another car directly in the app or you can stop by Good Guys Wash Shack and ask a team member for assistance.

* Note: Your account will be billed on the day you add the additional car.

How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time by calling Good Guys Wash Shack Service Line, at 345 938 0666. Once you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. Good Guys Wash Shack Service Line is open Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, if you’re unable to use your membership for a month or longer, we can put your account on hold for up to 90 days, so that you are not being charged during that time. Give us a call at Good Guys Wash Shack Services Line, at 345 938 0666  to put a hold on your account.

Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?

Yes, all of the cleaning products, soaps and waxes we use are 100% eco-friendly, biodegradable and sustainable.

Billing Questions

When will my credit card be billed?

The day you signed up sets your monthly renewal date.

I want to view my monthly payments for my membership.

A receipt is only generated for the initial transaction when you begin your membership. This receipt will be emailed or texted to you. In the case you must obtain a monthly receipt, please give us a call at Good Guys Car Wash Membership Services line, at 345 938 0666.

I would like to update my credit card on file.

Give us a call at Good Guys Car Wash Members Services line, at 345 938 0666  and a Team Member will be happy to update your billing info.

If I add a car to my membership, will it be on the same billing cycle as my other car?

No. Each car’s billing day will be the same day of the month it was signed up.

Can I pay cash for my membership?

Currently, memberships will need a card on file, and can be paid with MasterCard, Visa, via Good Guys Car Wash App.
