Terms And Conditions

1. Eligibility
  • The Promotion is open to all active members of the Good Guys Wash Shack Wash Club Monthly Membership Plan.
  • Both new members who sign up between January 20, 2025, and February 10, 2025, and existing members (active as of January 20, 2025) are eligible to participate.
  • Participants must reside in the Cayman Islands and be at least 18 years of age.
2. Promotion Period
  • The Promotion begins on January 20, 2025, at 12:00 AM and ends on February 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
  • Any referrals submitted after the end of the Promotion Period will not be counted.
3. How to Enter
  • To enter, participants must:
    • Be an active member of the Wash Club Monthly Membership Plan.
    • Use the referral link provided in the Good Guys Wash Shack app to refer friends.
    • Ensure referred friends sign up for a Wash Club Monthly Membership Plan during the Promotion Period.
  • The participant who refers the most friends who successfully sign up for a Wash Club Monthly Membership Plan will be deemed the winner.
4. Prize
  • The prize is a repurposed Yeti cooler, valued at over $450 USD.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection
  • The winner will be determined based on the highest number of successful referrals during the Promotion Period.
  • In the event of a tie (two or more participants referring the same number of friends), the winner will be determined by a random draw conducted by Good Guys Wash Shack.
  • The winner will be announced on February 13, 2025, via email and/or through the Good Guys Wash Shack app.
6. Conditions of Participation
  • By entering the Promotion, participants agree to:
    • Allow Good Guys Wash Shack to verify the eligibility of referrals.
    • Allow the use of their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7. Disqualification
  • Referrals will not be counted if:
    • The referred friend does not complete their Wash Club membership sign-up.
    • The referred friend cancels their membership before the end of the Promotion Period.
  • Any fraudulent or unethical behavior, including creating fake accounts, will result in immediate disqualification.
8. Limitations of Liability
  • Good Guys Wash Shack is not responsible for:
    • Any technical issues that may prevent referrals from being properly tracked or counted.
    • Any delays or issues in communication regarding the Promotion.
  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Good Guys Wash Shack from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
9. Privacy
  • All participant information will be handled in accordance with Good Guys Wash Shack’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will only be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
10. Modification and Termination
  • Good Guys Wash Shack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control.
11. Governing Law
  • The Promotion is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
